3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

3.4 Sealed Goods and Hygiene (Loss of Withdrawal Right)

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in the Netherlands, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if such goods were unsealed after delivery.

Important: For sealed dietary supplements and similar products, opening the seal after delivery normally means you lose the right of withdrawal, unless your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods apply. This limitation is brought to your attention before the conclusion of the contract and is reflected in our return conditions below.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging
  • Products must be unused and in resalable condition
  • Sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

4.1 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products past their expiration date
